The Mountain Weather Information service produces the following forecasts. Each forecast is released between 2pm and 4pm and covers the following 3 days.
The Northwest Highlands of Scotland - This forecast is produced 7 days per week.
The West Highlands of Scotland - This forecast is produced 7 days per week.
Cairngorms National Park and Monadhliath - This forecast is produced 7 days per week.
The Southeastern Highlands of Scotland - This forecast is produced 7 days per week.
The Southern Uplands of Scotland - This forecast is produced 7 days per week.
The Cumbrian Fells - This forecast is produced 6 days per week, Monday to Saturday inclusive.
The English Peak District - This forecast is produced 3 days per week, Thursday to Saturday inclusive.
The Snowdonia area of Wales - This forecast is produced 3 days per week, Thursday to Saturday inclusive.
