Biography

Graham Uney runs Wild Ridge Adventure, a company specialising in walking and scrambling holidays, as well as rock climbing and navigation courses. He also writes for a large number of outdoor and wildlife magazines, as well as working as a professional wildlife and landscape photographer. Apart from indulging in backpacking, hillwalking, rock climbing, winter mountaineering and wildlife watching, he also enjoys sampling real ale (particularly from the Hesket Newmarket Brewery), and single malt whisky (especially that from Islay, and the Welsh Penderyn). He lives in the Northern Fells of the Lake District National Park with his partner Olivia.
