We want to make the process of buying a guide as easy, quick and above all safe as we can for you. We try very hard to ensure that our terms are fair, our service is quick, and our guarantee is as good as it can be. Cicerone guides are sold on this site at the prices indicated, with postage costs as appropriate depending on where you are and how many guides you buy.
Please note that we post to the UK by FIRST CLASS post, and overseas orders by AIRMAIL (we are unable to deliver to a PO BOX address overseas).

Our guarantee
If you are not happy with the guide, please return it in perfect condition and we will immediately replace it in the case of a production fault or refund the purchase price (including postage) if this is what you prefer. No quibbles, no fuss, we just sort it out.
How to pay
Cards accepted
We accept Visa, Mastercard, Switch/Maestro. Your shopping on the Cicerone website is secure and we are certified by Instant SSL as a secure site. All transactions take place on a secure server.
Unfortunately we cannot take SOLO, AMEX, Diners Club, or Laser cards.
VAT
There is no VAT on book purchases made within the UK.
Duty and Customs
We are not aware of any duty and customs charges that apply to our retail sales of books. However, if there are any such charges, these are the responsibility of the purchaser as we have no control over these costs.

BookSource is Cicerone’s distribution partner. BookSource is a professional book distributor based in Glasgow. We keep our books in their warehouse, all our orders go to them, they pack and post our books to you, and send all payments to us. Your internet order will go directly to them and they will send it straight to you.
We do this for two main reasons.
