Once again Cicerone has been invited to provide a full programme of talks & seminars. The Cicerone Theatre, in the 'Fit For Comfort' Walking Feature, is right next to the Cicerone stand in Hall 1.
We have tried to put together a programme which will give everyone the opportunity to really meet some of our authors with a wide range of experience, so that all those niggling questions can be answered in a friendly and informal setting. We are delighted to welcome...
Paddy Dillon – who will give talks and seminars on Lightweight Trekking, tackling the GR20 in Corsica, walking the Pennine Way, and Trekking the Drystone Route and other walks in Mallorca.
Kev Reynolds – who will give talks on Trekking in the high Himalayas, Hut-to-hut tours in the Alps, and long distance trails in the Pyrenees; and seminars on Himalayan Trekking, Mountain Huts, creating your own multi-day route and questions on walking and trekking in the Pyrenees.
Rachel Crolla and Carl McKeating – authors of the recently published, and already best-selling Europe's High Points, will share their story, and inspire you to take on the ultimate peak-bagging project!
Pete Hawkins – one of the country's top navigation experts will give you some food for thought on navigating, with follow on seminars for those interested in learning more and possibly taking a navigation course.
