Isle of Man

The Isle of Man is a small island 33 miles long and 13 miles wide, lying in the Irish Sea between England, Scotland, Ireland and Wales, less than 60 miles west of the Lancashire coastline, and easily reached by both sea and air.

The attractions of this island include fabulous scenery, enchanting glens, miles of uncrowded beaches, medieval castles, beautiful parks and gardens, and fascinating museums and heritage centres.

Walking on the island, you are never far from the coast and spectacular sea views, while for long-distance walkers, there are the Isle of Man Coastal Path (Raad ny Foillan), the Millennium Way and the Bayr ny Skeddan (or Herring Way) to tackle, all of which are found in The Isle of Man Coastal Path.
