A Socially Distanced Mass Cycling Event. A 111km bike ride aimed at riders of all abilities who want to have fun and raise funds for NHS charities. Please check out details and enter on the ride-nhs-111.co.uk website. Now you can get training!
There are rides to suit the novice rider and more challenging rides for the experienced and professional.

Ride whatever and wherever you want, even indoors, just do the distance! You are in control of where and for how long you ride.
If 111km in a weekend is too much, then form a 'virtual team' and share the fun. See below the different ways you can raise money and complete the challenge.
Once you have entered, you will be sent details of how to register on the Virgin Money Giving page and further details about the event.
Leading up to the event you will also get occasional emails with training and fitness tips to get you ready for the the big day, any major news concerning the event and your participation number.
Ride-nhs-111 will be also posting tips on what to carry on the ride such as food, drinks and puncture repair kits etc.
There are also some great offers on Cicerone guidebooks for everyone who enters!
