The new edition of many Cicerone walking guidebooks, including Mark Richards' popular guide to The Hadrian's Wall Path, will be completely different. This is the first of the relaunched National Trails series which will feature a separate booklet containing all the mapping required for the walk.
The walking guidebooks themselves will feature 1:100,000 OS mapping as well as the full route description, colour images, historical information and public transport and accommodation details. However, for more detail, the enclosed mapping booklet will feature the entire route in 1:25,000 scale. Perfectly sized for slipping into a jacket pocket or top of a rucksack and ready for trekking with a clear PVC protective sleeve.
If you have already got the previous edition of any of these guidebooks you are welcome to exchange it for the new one at a 50% discount. The new guidebook price is £14.95 and comes with the free mapping booklet. If you would like to purchase the map booklet on its own then the cost for that is £7.95. Please note that you cannot buy the book without the booklet.
We hope you find this addition useful - please let us know what you think of our new look Hadrian's Wall Path guidebook, or any others in the range. Further National Trail guidebooks with mapping booklets include: The Great Glen Way, The Pembrokeshire Coastal Path, The Offa's Dyke Path, The Cotswold Way and The West Highland Way with more to be added.
