If you've just booked your trip, your eBook may not be available to download immediately. Please check back from next week onwards, when it should be ready to access.
Cicerone eBooks are compatible with Apple and Android devices (not Kindle or Kobo) and include full route description, colour mapping along with practical advice and information.Please note: Your eBook must be opened and read using a compatible eBook app or device; it is not a PDF and cannot be printed.
To access your eBook:

Go here, or click My Library in the top-right corner to sign in.

Enter your email address, then use the 6-digit code sent to your email.

In the My Library area, click eBook to download your eBook. Make sure you're connected to a reliable Wi-Fi network before downloading.

The download may take a few minutes, and you may not receive a confirmation when it is complete. Only click the eBook button once. Clicking it again will restart the download, so check your Downloads folder before trying again.
Here's how to find the eBook on your iPhone:
- Find downloads in the Files app (the blue folder icon). If you cannot find it on your Home Screen, swipe down from the centre of the screen and type "Files" into the search bar.
- Tap the Browse tab. Tap iCloud Drive.
- Find the downloads folder. The file name will be a series of numbers and end in .epub.

Tap the file to open it. It should either open automatically in Apple Books (iBooks) or prompt you to choose an app. If prompted, select Apple Books (iBooks).
How to find the eBook on an Android phone:
- Find your downloads in the Files or My Files app. If you can’t find it on your Home Screen, swipe up to see all your apps and search for Files.
- Open Downloads and locate the downloaded file. The filename will be a series of numbers and will end with .epub.
- Tap the file to open it. It should either open automatically in Google Books or prompt you to choose an app. If prompted, select Google (Play) Books.
