Discount codes

Discount codes can be applied to full-price guidebooks, including print books and ebooks. However, there are some items and situations where codes cannot be used:

• Sale and outlet items – codes cannot be applied to books already reduced in price, including those in our Outlet.
• Bundled items – books purchased as part of a print and ebook bundle are excluded.
• New for Old scheme – purchases made under the New for Old scheme cannot be combined with a discount code.
• One code per order – only a single discount code can be used per transaction, and codes cannot be combined.

Some codes are also exclusive to logged-in Cicerone account holders or to members of specific partner organisations. For codes received via a partner organisation or magazine, contact them directly to check the terms. For codes found on the Cicerone website, newsletter, or social media, email us, and we can help.

Please note that discount codes don’t apply to items already on sale and only one code can be used per order. If your discount code isn't working for any other reason, please check the following:

• Are you logged into your Cicerone account? (Some discount vouchers will not work unless you are logged in to a valid Cicerone account.)
• Has the voucher code expired? (Please check the terms of the offer to make sure the code is still valid. If you have access to a discount code via an organisation or you've seen an offer code in a magazine, you will need to contact them to find out if the code has expired. If you've seen the code on the Cicerone website, in our newsletter or our social media channels, send us an email and we can help.)
• Are you purchasing items excluded from the discount code? (Additional discounts cannot be applied to items already on sale or discounted for other reasons, such as books in our print and ebook bundles, or purchases made under the New for Old scheme.)
